Your submission of the registration form is nonbinding and does not obligate you to partner with us. We will proceed to reach out with with our student handbook, semester calendar, and the nearest in-person location (if applicable) so you can review all pertinent details. After reviewing, you can finalize your intent to partner. For in-person classes, you will need to fill out additional medical forms.
